Shipping Policy

Every Meraki hammock is made to order in Lorena, Texas. Orders ship from Lorena, TX in 5–7 business days, and you receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Domestic rates include a small handling fee to cover packaging and labor; we do not mark up carrier pricing beyond that. If live carrier rates are temporarily unavailable at checkout, a flat backup rate applies: $12.95 in the United States, $29 to Canada, $49 to our international zone and $59 to all other countries.

United States

Live rates are shown at checkout from USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express), UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air) and FedEx (Home Delivery, FedEx 2Day). Choose whichever speed suits you.

Canada and international

We ship worldwide. Live rates are shown at checkout from USPS International, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express, with both economy and express options in most destinations. Delivery times vary by destination and by customs processing.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. Where duties are shown and collected at checkout, there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Otherwise, any duties or taxes billed by the carrier are the responsibility of the recipient. All shipments include full customs documentation.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Tracking is provided on every shipment. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control, and weather or customs can add days. If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and take care of you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once return and reshipment postage is covered.

Returns

Because every hammock is made to order, returns are governed by our Refund Policy: you may cancel or change an order within 24 hours, after which a 50% materials fee applies, and completed hammocks cannot be canceled. If an item arrives defective or does not match the specifications you selected, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery for a repair, replacement or store credit.
