Shipping & returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates (DHL Express is also available internationally) plus a small handling fee; if live rates are unavailable, a flat backup rate applies. Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created, and we ship worldwide.
Because every hammock is built to order, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations and changes are subject to a 50% materials fee, and a completed hammock cannot be canceled. If an item arrives defective or does not match the specs you selected, email hang@merakihammocks.com within 7 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or store credit. Does it work with the hardtop on?+
Yes. The front and rear attachment points do not interfere with the factory hardtop or soft top on the Gen 6 Bronco or Jeep JLU. Aftermarket roof? Tell us the manufacturer in the order notes.
Will it fit my model year?+
Each pattern covers all model years of its vehicle: Gen 6 Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door from 2021, Bronco Raptor from 2022, and Jeep Wrangler JLU from 2018. The Raptor has its own pattern and is not interchangeable with the 4-Door.
Can I get the brackets only?+
Brackets are only available as part of a Meraki Hammock kit. Retail hammocks are the wrong size and fabric for the interior.
Can two people use it?+
Solo hammocks are rated for one person. For two, choose the Bronco 4-Door Tandem Hammock.
